Cute little cafe in the heart of Prahran

Such a cute space, right in the heart of Prahran! The menu is colourful and filled with amazing options (and some pictures which is super handy!) They were kind enough to make the smashed avocado vegan for me and it was delicious! Pomegranate and avocado are the perfect combination - served on top of crusty bread with rocket and radish, it was perfect! The Rose flavoured monster drink was giving me all the Turkish Delight vibes and with the refills and the ice ball you got good bang for your buck. Really cute presentation too. Would love to see more vegan options but my meal was delicious and the staff were lovely, so would recommend.

Tantalising your taste buds

My family took me out to eat for my birthday and I absolutely loved this restaurant. Atmosphere was buzzing yet noise level was perfect to engage in a conversation. The food was sooooo fresh and inviting. Just could not stop eating the vast variety of all you can east Japanese food. Highly recomend

Great quality AYCE Japanese

The team behind the now closed CafΓ© Lafayette have opened this venue in Prahran. We went as a trio for the All You Can Eat. At $33 a head, if you like Japanese, then this is a steal. We had tempura, fried rice, soft shell crab / salmon rolls, seaweed salad, beef / salmon / tuna tataki, yuzu kingfish, miso salmon, chicken / pork / beef / eggplant baos, karaage chicken and gyoza which were excellent. The only misses were the steak (overdone and too salty) and baked scallop. Neither are traditional Japanese, and considering the quality of everything else, this was forgivable. Dessert is not included, which wasn't an issue, since we were way too full to fit it in. Service was quick, and staff were friendly. Best Japanese AYCE in my opinion.
