Quiet town with a pub a shop and an amazing free campground with both shower and toilets. We noticed that someone also caught some fish in the river! Unfortunately, the museum was closed.
Nice little town for a stop
Lovely little town by the river with an interesting historical display. The volunteers were very friendly, chatty and helpful. Toilets nearby were clean.
Friendly helpful volunteers / staff. Donation to view the history inside. Wide variety of interesting historical items on display.
Small town not to be missed
Bollon was so beautiful with an amazing free camp along the Wallan Creek. The choice sites is yours for the taking .There is an old saying" early bird catches the worm " in other words you get the grass spots and best settings next to the river but the other areas around are also close to the river Dump point is on entry to campsite and township about 2minutes People very friendly and also history around. Publican put a Melbourne Cup event on and it was great for the campers and towns folk .Went for 2days but stayed 4 .Go and see for yourself it really is worth it
We were escorted around the Displays and given a very personalised tour! Very informative and very friendly! We stayed in the free camp alongside Wallam Creek for two nights and enjoyed this lovely little town.
Beautiful camp spot. Noy a lot of things to do but the history ctr is great. Run by volunteers not open in the arvo but well worth it. Don’t forget to spend some money in town. Well done Bollon.
